As agências bancárias de todo o país não terão atendimento presencial nesta Sexta-feira Santa (3), devido ao feriado nacional. Nessa data, as compensações bancárias, como a TED (Transferência Eletrônica Disponível), não serão processadas.
Na quinta-feira, véspera do feriado, o atendimento nas agências ocorrerá normalmente.
Apesar do feriado, o PIX continuará funcionando normalmente. Boletos de cobrança e contas de consumo, como água, energia e telefone, com vencimento em dias sem compensação bancária, poderão ser pagos no próximo dia útil sem acréscimos. Por outro lado, tributos e impostos que vencem nesses dias devem ser pagos antecipadamente para evitar juros e multas.
Serviços digitais, como internet banking, mobile banking e caixas eletrônicos, estarão disponíveis para pagamento de contas, consultas de saldo e extrato, transferências e outras operações. Clientes cadastrados no DDA (Débito Direto Autorizado) também podem pagar boletos eletrônicos normalmente.
Raphael Mielle, diretor de Serviços e Segurança da Federação Brasileira de Bancos (Febraban), ressalta que as plataformas digitais oferecem segurança e automatizam processos financeiros. “Com funcionalidades intuitivas e disponíveis 24 horas por dia, o cliente pode gerenciar suas finanças de forma eficiente, segura e conveniente”, afirma.
Feriados de abril
Não haverá atendimento presencial também no dia 21 de abril, feriado de Tiradentes. Na véspera (20), as agências funcionarão normalmente nas localidades sem feriado estadual, municipal ou ponto facultativo.
