Em Nova Serrana, região Centro-Oeste do estado, a Polícia Civil de Minas Gerais (PCMG), prendeu, na manhã desta sexta-feira (28/11), um homem de 41 anos, suspeito de estupro de vulnerável contra o enteado, um adolescente de 14 anos.
As investigações começaram em 4 de julho deste ano, após denúncia da direção da escola onde a vítima estuda. O relato indicava que o aluno havia sofrido violência sexual, sendo apurado que os abusos teriam se iniciado quando ele ainda tinha 12 anos de idade.
Com base nos elementos reunidos no curso do inquérito, a PCMG representou ao Poder Judiciário pela prisão temporária e por mandado de busca e apreensão domiciliar contra o investigado. As medidas foram deferidas e cumpridas durante a operação deflagrada nesta manhã.
O suspeito foi encaminhado ao sistema prisional, e as investigações continuam para a conclusão do inquérito policial.
